Dalia Ali

Dalia Ali, born in 1971 in Kuwait, is a Palestinian contemporary Impressionist Artist. She graduated from MIT in the USA with a Bachelor of Science in Art and Design and a Masters in Architecture degrees. She participated in various group and solo exhibitions in Amman, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Ramallah, Jerusalem, Connecticut and Virginia.

Her subjects vary between figures and forms but her sense of expression is constant. She enjoys experimenting with texture and with layering acrylic and oil colors on different surfaces. In her art, she strives to minimize detail and to ‘abstractize’ her surrounding world whilst maintaining meaning and content in its most attractive form.
