Atheer Yacoub is a Palestinian-American comedian and writer based in New York. Atheer recently taped a half-hour special for Comedy Central Arabia and has been on Gotham Comedy Live, which aired on AXSTV. Atheer also wrote for The Breakdown with Mehdi Barakchian and Passport control with Mehdi Barakchian, which have aired on BRICTV. Atheer co-hosts The No Fly List podcast which features funny conversations with other comedians, artists, and interesting people of color. She performs all over the country and has been featured in several comedy festivals.

Atheer Yacoub will entertain you with stories and jokes about growing up as a Palestinian-Muslim in Alabama. She talks about her experience with xenophobia, Islamophobia, and disappointing her traditional Arab parents with her career choices. Featuring for Atheer will be Nataly Aukar, a Lebanese-American comedian who grew up in Lebanon and moved to New York to pursue stand-up comedy. Nataly performs all over New York City and Lebanon and recently opened for world-renowned comedian Gad Elmaleh.
